| Transcript | EXECUTIVE BOARD MEETING OF WESTERN MISSOURI AND KANSAS LABORERS' DISTRICT COUNCIL July 21, 1966, 101 E. Armour Kansas City, Mo. Executive Board members present were Jesse Foster, Joe Rider, Jerry Irving, and Nick Williams acting secretary in Willard Wilkinson's place. Board members absent were Otto Bowles, W. M. Ream, Leo McKamey, and Willard Wilkinson. Meeting was called to order at 5:20 P.M. by President Rider. Robert Anderson requested a transfer frcm Local #264 to Local #663. Motion was made and seconded that the transfer be granted. Motion carried. Marvin Eugene Minnick, Jr. requested a transfer from Local #663 to Local #264. Motion was made and seconded that the transfer be granted Motion carried. All agents reported work still very good. Meeting adjourned at 6:00 P.M.
